My favorite way to spend a day is in the mountains. I love spending time on my SUP or taking Fynn, my three-year-old black lab, for walks. I do yoga often and have a passion for travel. Running is a form of meditation for me, and I get over-the-moon excited about learning new things. I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and still call it home.
I traded in a 15+ year career in the corporate world to follow my dreams and start my own coaching business, and I haven't regretted my decision for a single second. I have studied nutrition, fitness, and the mind-body connection for years, and it lights a fire in my soul. I am fueled and inspired by my client's transformation and success in achieving their goals. I can't believe I get to do this every single day.
