I spent over 15 years working in the corporate world before deciding to leave and pursue my true passions- health, wellness, nutrition, and coaching others. For years I mentored and managed people and realized that I loved helping my teams reach their goals. I have struggled with my own self image and want to help others get beyond their insecurities and live happy, full, healthy lives. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and the power of positive intentions and thoughts. I love to hike and be outdoors as much as I can and regularly do yoga. I have a two year old lab named Fynn who brings me joy each and every day. I am a Seattle native. I have a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Washington and am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

Proper activity and nutrition are key in creating a healthy lifestyle. Examining current eating patterns and programming workouts to fit into daily life are part of any successful program. Our bodies are amazing machines and the way we treat them influences how they perform.
Self-care, scheduling time for fun activities, getting outdoors, practicing meditation, reading, and journaling are just a few ways to begin enriching the soul. This is the most important part of the program. When the mind is quiet, the soul will speak.
