My work is designed to help clients build the life that they want to live in terms of optimal wellness. We will evaluate five areas of wellness (physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social). This also involves creating a practice that supports self-care and prioritizes goals and objectives. We will dig deep and discover what road blocks have been present in creating this life and together we will work through them. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Movement is so important in everyday life. As a certified personal trainer, I create workout plans based on current fitness levels and activity and future goals. I offer both in person and virtual personal training sessions, including outdoor workouts with equipment. I meet clients where they are at in their journeys with the goal of making exercise fun.
Just like a person’s overall state of health and wellness, food choices are greatly influenced by the world around us. I provide tools to evaluate and explore ways of eating that will nourish the body and have clients feeling their very best. As a certified Nutrition Coach, our work together will include food journaling, education on eating for wellness, and much more. One of the biggest components of a healthy lifestyle is nutrition.
