My name is Annamarie. I am a Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach.

I am passionate about health and wellness, and helping others achieve well-being brings me joy.

I believe that to reach optimal wellness, we should focus on all five pillars: nutrition, sleep, movement, hydration, and mindfulness.

My coaching program is built around these fundamentals. I bring a passion for health and wellness, years of my own experience in creating my practice, and 20+ years of experience in the corporate world as a leader in various organizations leading and mentoring teams.

I have supported past clients in successfully implementing strength training routines, achieving weight loss goals, quitting smoking, forming mindfulness habits, improving sleep quality, and adopting clean eating programs.

I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I completed the Mind Body Green coaching certification and am currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Wellness Coach through the NBHWC, with an expected completion date in 2025.

I live in Seattle, but I work with clients remotely from anywhere. Working with clients lights up my soul, and I believe that our mind is our strongest muscle. What is wellness coaching?

Wellness coaching is a client-centered partnership with the ultimate goal of enhancing well-being. As your coach, my role is to evoke your inner wellness coach. I am the passenger in the car; you are the driver, and together, we discover what works best for you.

As your wellness coach, I support you in various ways tailored to your unique needs and goals:

Setting Clear Goals: Together, we define your wellness objectives, whether it's improving physical fitness, managing stress, or enhancing overall well-being. I provide resources at the start of our sessions together to assist in evaluating overall wellness in order to determine which areas to focus on.

Creating Action Plans: We work collaboratively to break down your goals into achievable steps, developing a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences.

Providing Accountability: I help you stay on track by regularly checking in on your progress, offering support, and keeping you motivated to follow through with your wellness plan.

Behavioral Change Support: We identify and address any obstacles or unhealthy habits that may be holding you back, implementing strategies to facilitate lasting behavioral changes.

Offering Education and Resources: I share relevant information, resources, and techniques to support you in making healthier choices, whether it's nutrition advice, exercise tips, or stress-reduction techniques. As a certified personal trainer, I can also program workouts and provide nutritional guidance and support.

Providing Emotional Support: I create a safe and supportive space where you can openly discuss your concerns and challenges. I offer empathy, encouragement, and guidance to help you navigate difficult emotions and situations.

Promoting Balance and Self-Care: Together, we prioritize self-care activities and develop strategies to maintain balance in your life, ensuring that you prioritize your well-being amidst your other responsibilities.

Celebrating Successes: I celebrate your achievements and milestones along your wellness journey, recognizing your progress and reinforcing positive behaviors.

My coaching practice offers personalized services tailored for individuals ready to embark on a journey toward feeling their best and willing to put in the effort to achieve it. The commitment begins with an initial three-month period, during which clients can purchase additional sessions if desired. Private coaching begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery session, followed by regular bi-weekly calls as we progress together on this transformative path. Additionally, clients receive ongoing support and guidance to ensure continued progress and success.
