We answer questions during this call, get to know one another, and discuss goals and schedules. We will review the program together and dive into my coaching philosophy in more detail. This is our chance to set groundwork and expectations for a successful coaching relationship.
Free- 30 Minutes
We brainstorm initial goals together and create a daily action plan to achieve them. We also dive deeper into nutrition, mindset, movement, and the mind-body connection. Drafted goals, action plan, food journal template, and an individualized workout program are provided after this first session.
$150- 90 Minutes
These are weekly calls designed to uncover and work through any roadblocks that get in the way of achieving the goals we set during the coaching foundation call. We will also cover other relevant topics related to holistic wellness, including self-care, accountability, and much more.
$100- 60 Minutes
Group Coaching – Ready to join other amazing ladies working to achieve their health and wellness goals? This new group coaching program will include:
Guided Hikes – Want to join other ladies who love exploring the outdoors? I believe that nature has so many healing powers, and I want to share that with others. This program will include monthly guided group hikes in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Together, we will hike, connect, and do a guided meditation at the summit. More details coming soon as soon as restrictions are lifted and we can safely gather while practicing social distance.
